SIMPLE 8-BIT BATTLERS
8-bit sideview battlers for an oldschool RPG. Currently 13 characters (some of which uses a mix of assets, you can see them all in the banner and cover) 41 files in all with recolors and edits.
Created with RPG Maker MV/MZ in mind. May be useable in other programs but I am not that familiar with other engines. 8 bit scaled 300%.

Various weapons to use with the characters, but requires plugins for RPG maker to make use of properly. Here are some examples but there are 76 in total (with some reskins as you can see).
Walking characters are currently not planned, but there is one in the bonus pack as well as a face for magus.

two quick questions
1. Is there charset alligning with these battlers
2. I love enemy battlers. Are they from some pack or are they just here for decorative purposes?
1: No, there is no charset yet or planned. Possibly in the future but im working on something else atm.
2: The enemy battlers were made by Alice Gristle, you can find them here https://alicegristle.itch.io/alices-demons-and-enchantresse she also made the battle backgrounds.
